What prompted me to write that was is challenge to show him any "country" that was rebuilt after a disastrous war. Developing yourself mentally has very little to do with going back to school. You could read books or newspapers. Abraham Lincoln was self-educated. The writer, Bernard Shaw was self-educated. Many gurus that we hear about today never went to school. Like Bernard Shaw said, he never learnt anything in school.
