The problem is that the Nipost office here is an extension from Lokoja not rili an office like that. In fact the man(postmaster) handed over all the receipt of items they have given to him this year from main Nipost office in Lokoja, but my ID isn't included in all(which means the item hasn't been brought here)

go to settings, select app settings at the bottom of the page,select downloads, draw down on the DO NOT ALLOW DOWNLOAD written in green till it shows NO LIMIT.
