If every state in Nigeria could be able to manage and utilize their resources (Biological, Natural, Human,Water), see

to their own regional and enviromental management system, invite people of like minds to give ideas on how well

to sustain these resources , I am very sure a rapid development is guaranteed with a thorough and effective

supervision by the special bodies assigned by the Federal Government to oversee every activity. However since the

resources are not equally distributed , the individual state must pay thier annual taxes based on the amount of

available resources.

This is how many countries of the world attained a greater development within a short time,

God bless Nigeria!.
