Why is the FBI exerting energy collecting and examining evidence from the crime scene instead of expending more on human contacts in order to unravel the motive of the shooter? The Shooter was identified and found dead. There was stampede and the crime scene was compromised, there's every tendency for corrupt evidence.


Seems FBI has seen an opportunity to demand more money for their far-fetched inconclusive investigation. Someone enlighten me.
