This is not new, it has been used and successfully so for a while now. Someone just wake up and decide to dash you iPhone, laptop and 900 pounds...... They succeed because Nigerians think Oyinbo people or anyone living in obodo oyinbo are all millionaires who can throw away money without looking back.
