A place is not a congregation either. A congregation means a collection of living people believers.
The word church should correctly read congregation or assemble of believers .
Church is from the word kirk a pagan building of idol worship. The word church is a pagan idol place of worship. Pls read my posting on congregation vs church.

No one has had a personal encounter with Jesus, not even you. So no point asking Frobel that. I am Christ just as you also are Christ. The only encounter you can have is with the real you who is all powerful you seem not to be aware of at the moment. Religion destroys knowledge for sure.

After the destruction of the temple in 70AD. There is no location that you can referred to as the house of God.
God did not put his presence in any man made building or location again except in human beings! The living stones which make up the congregation of Yahweh that is the body of Christ with him being the chief cornerstone.
If any man says God has put his anointing in a physical location or building and his Holy spirit now resides there is lying or ignorant of scriptures. Holy spirit now resides in living stones not the one made with human hands.

This is Paul talking to Timothy here and Steven talking to the sanhedrin . You see God is spirit and he has shed his Holy spirit upon true believers not on buildings made with human hands.
Folks let us be true to scriptures. Let scriptures speak out for itself. Paul, Timothy, Steven, Peter, james all knew God has not put his spirit on building or at any location but on believers. Yahshua never taught them that God would place his anointing on any man made structure.

This was the pagan ideology that made children of Isreal to build a golden calf. Yahweh is spirit and He wanted to speak to the face to face from the mountain but they could not comprehend.

you are correct, the church is Christ in every believer. You see, Adam was made of the earth but Eve was made purely of Adam. Eve has nothing of earth in her, she is purely Adam. Adam is a type of Christ and Eve is a type of the Church. This means the Church is purely Christ, she has nothing of the flesh in her. Flesh with its deadness does not exist in the Church. You cannot find any work of the flesh in the church, sin does not exist in the Church, for the Church is utterly Christ, it is the Christ in every believer.
