The European union cooperating with the Spanish Government has issued a warning to the Catalan Leader to back-off from attempting to declare a Catalan republic.

The Catalan President, Carles Puigdemont has no option than to follow through on his threat to fully announce a breakaway in defiance of the central government and Spanish courts is still unknown.

The awaiting declaration from the Catalan President is just few hours remaining before he can possible announce a split from Spain and European Scrutiny.
