This is an impeachable offence if it were another country... How can Buhari be signing contracts and exercising executive powers when he had transmitted powers to his vice Am waiting to see Buhari loyalist defend their mini god in regards to this issue.. How possible or easy it's for a sick man in his sickbed to read all the terms and conditions of a contact to the tune N640 billion? If the Nnpc GMD Baru had nothing to hide, why bypass the acting president Osibanjo and the state minister for petroleum ibe kachukwu. PMB double standard and the arrogant display of impunity by his kinsmen are casting aspersions on the integrity of the president and his govt in his fight against corruption.. . 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Clerverly: if I can get you right you are envisaging that the man BUHARI is two persons,if you are saying that BUHARI double as the Minister of petroleum does the minister of petroleum has the power to approve the said contract or the president? By the extant rules states that as far as the president has transmitted power to the VP all every other powers in whatever guise should be put on hold until another letter is transmitted to the Senate for the restoration of presidential/ministerial position. Nigeria will never see light if many Nigerians continue to promote sentiments and ethnicity bigotry. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Chiefly: Buhari appointed himself Minister Of Petroleum Resources, and the NNPC act states that Contracts of that limit can only be signed by the President , or Minister Of Petroleum or FEC through NNPC GMD! Why are you confused. |

Awon ode oponu, sick or in bed, he did his job as dictated by the Nigerian constitution, in fact, it was a selfless and brave act that he did not let his sickness (Even though he was not sick or any sick bed) prevent him from doing his job or to serve Nigerians. In sane and rational societies, they praise and commend such acts, but the useless and jobless clown in Nigeria think doing your job is a bad thing that must be condemned. When these clowns peddle their rettared rubbish, they end up sounding ignorant, pointless, retterded and redundant. It's not by force to hate Nigeria or the president. |
