Intels is a greedy company. How can you be collecting more than 75% of the profits leaving less than 25% for the rest of the nation. And this has been going on for years and decades. You have had your fill and eaten enough so go quietly.
Are there no indigenous SS or SE folks that can do this job in Onne. Must all economic activities in the south be controlled by northerners in the first instance.

Intels do all investment, full sponsorship of the operations. Will it be right the government takes the lion share? Even the blind can see Intels contribution in the development of Nigerian ports. Do we believe that the government we have today can manage half of what this company has done and achieved? Let's be wise for once please. The introduction of TSA to investors, do you think it is a right move in a country where corruption is eaten as food? TSA can only work in a less corrupt country.

How can the Nigerian government forget so soon that ‘INTELS’ has over the decades proven beyond reasonable doubt that they are and in fact, remain the chief pioneer of the port operations? How can they quickly dismiss/forget Intels enormous involvement in the development and maintenance of old and new ports?
How can a relationship that was built over 3 decades ago be allowed to be swept down the drain, overtaken by cankerworms, reptiles and guerrillas who are ever ready to trample and devour anyone who is not ready to dance to their unpleasant rhythm.

Decades ago, the environment was filled with rivers, bushes, and hardened criminals who built their tents on these zones, the activities of the Nigerian Ports Authority were almost dead, who among the competitors/agitators envisaged that these dangerous zones can be transformed into areas ripe for tiling, planting, weeding and of course harvesting? He who sows bountifully expects to reap in return bountifully.

Will the case of these ‘forces’ be likened to a saying “food is ready, come and eat when in the actual sense, they exhibited lack of interest in the preparation of the sumptuous meals? Will it be right for these persons to wake up, suddenly discovers that food is ready and jump-starts the meal without a recourse to the one who has painstakingly undergone rigorous processes involved in the preparation of the meal? Why would anyone reasonable expect to reap where he did not sow? Why not allow one who has meticulously sown to reap his crops in peace or better still support him so that together you can win and reap?

Why do we easily forget yesterdays’ and amazingly forget and throw away today and continue to have and retain a blank memory of tomorrow, the future?
What has the company called INTELS done to deserve the punishment they go through in the hands of these individuals, the government and the unhealthy competitors? Yes, competing is encouraged but it has to be highly professional and decent.

Are verifiable evidences not provided to prove INTELS professionalism in the handling of port activities?
INTELS has been operating for over 3 decades, can we pause and rewind our memories on what those areas now developed and still developing looked like before the prompt intervention of INTELS.

It is only the blind that can not see the extent of development on Nigerian’s port operations by INTELS. Yet, in this digital world, the blind can feel things happening around him and quickly discerns whether those events are right or wrong. The deaf / dumb may not quickly say audible spoken words, yet, writes coherently about what they feel, what they perceived and what they believed.

INTELS has proven without mincing words that she is really the ‘FATHER’ of port developments/maintenances.

They have the métiers required to move this country forward in revenue generation activities, climbing/piloting the rigorous ladder of processes and policies in port management to a successful degree to the extent possible.
INTELS is like the mimosa tree that can not be gruffly handled. Do those ‘forces’ feel that the company is flabby and can be frustrated until they become fizzled out of ‘HER’ multimillion dollars investments in Onne, Warri, Calabar, and that of the largest investments going on in the Badagry, Lagos State? If you are in this company's shoes, will you allow your hardwork to sink?
Re: Why We Revoked Contract With Atiku's Intels - NPA by Ijenew: 8:45am On Oct 14, 2017
The company ‘INTELS’ has done terrifically well in many ways:

1. Massive employer of labour
2. Impacted tremendously on the lives of the disabled persons within and outside the various communities
3. Regular scheduled scholarship programs designed for the kids/adults for the better enhancement of their future.
4. Medical outreach to the society
5. Financial/Revenue generation through the bank’s highly regulated fluctuating interest rates.
6.Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) revival
7. Ports development / maintenance
8. Skills and Acquisition centres’
9. Training ground for Nigeria students within / outside, who have been placed to undergo Industrial Training as part of the basic mandatory requirement in their various institutions.
10. Revenue boosting through consistent meticulous various tax remittances and many others.

These achievements has brought in return, meritorious awards, tittles and favors from individuals, clients and the government for all her fruitful decades of services to the country.

At this point in time where there is oil fall, dwindling economy, agitations…, is it the appropriate time to introduce/implement the Treasury Single Account (TSA)? Would this not have been wildly acceptable if we live in a less corrupt country? Who will be the beneficiaries of the TSA? Will it attract investors or mar them? Would it be judiciously utilized or will it be left in the hands of the ravenous wolves whose intentions are undetermined, their mouth wildly open to gulp the revenue generated and quickly divert it to the foreign countries/accounts for their personal selfish gluttonous gratifications?

Would it be used to champion basic amenities such as good workable housing schemes, restore to the fullest extent the power sector, health care, education, water resources etc. for the rural and urban areas? What has gone wrong with the heightened budgets allocated to these schemes? Is the government playing her part in the power sector? What has happened to our water board corporation? How about the overly dilapidated and deplorable condition of our federal and state hospitals and roads?

Our teachers, are they rightly rewarded for their contributions or are they continuously subjected and abandoned to their fate: most state schools are still being owed for short/long period of time. What of the agitations of the students in our higher institutions, constant hikes in the school fees? In fact, schools are left in the hands of the private sectors who manages it anyhow they like while private hospitals are everywhere for only the rich / middle class if any.

People are now reduced to patronize the local chemists, prefers self-medication rather than go to a standard hospital because they can not afford the costs, agitations of the unemployed educated/skilled youths who are yet to strike a balance on life, what about the farmers who toils day and night and wake up to see their farms vandalized by unidentified men.

Why are companies wounding-up and investors withdrawing their investments speedily? Why are employees/employers always at logger heads? Could it be said that the stringent policies are making life unbearable for the employers while the employees suffers at the end? There is a saying that ‘when two elephants fights, the grasses suffers.

These are thought-provoking questions every right thinking person(s) should be poised to ask if we are to move forward as giant of Africa.

All well-meaning Nigeria in the diaspora, investors, shareholders, young and old are beckoned to rise up, speak out and condemn this great abominable injustice currently melted out on ‘INTELS’.

The government can no longer be allowed to flamboyantly default the ‘PORT CONCESSION, PILOTAGE DUES’ gentlemanly agreement or any other contractual agreement with other sectors of the economy.

For the survival and growth of our economy, the onus lies within the leaders in all sectors of government (Executive, Legislator, Judiciary, Investors and of course you and I as shareholders.

This is a good move.
Do you know that Intels charges The Nigeria govt in dollars for the services they rendered here in Nigeria instead of naira. That is why Atiku is stinkingly rich. Can you set up company in USA and be charging naira in USA?
The govt told intel to pay the revenue they generated directly into TSA but intel refuse. So what do you want the govt to do. To fold arms and be looking. All foreigners that set up companies Nigeria are getting good bargain compare to Nigerians companies.

Last time I checked, even up to security personnel to man your office space gate at federal Ocean Terminal Onne, INTELS must be the one to provide that service for you and you pay duly for it, Intels killed lotes of companies in Nigeria.
