To win the hearts and minds of the people of the South Eastern region of Nigeria I am advising the Nigerian Military
to forget the Immunization and any other military humanitarian efforts that may appear suspicious and unable to pass
the "smell test" and focus on:-

1- Military Engineers constructing Federal Roads
They have the manpower to work 24hours and all they need is a reputable consultant from Julius Berger or such companies.
There are so many Federal Roads begging for TLC (tender loving care) including Enugu-Portharcourt, Aba-Ikot Ekpene, Onitsha-Enugu
and many many more. In-fact, ALL the Federal Roads in South East need TLC.

2- Military Engineers could expand to constructing low-cost bungalows, barrack construction like all the police barracks in the SE and even the military barracks are in very very sorry state!

3- You can suggest your own too please

However, please, let the Nigerian Military stay away from constructing the 2nd Niger Bridge oh!
They will not recover the money spent there as nobody will use it!

They should not touch any road in SE; because that road if bridge will collaspe and kill thousands. They are naturally incompetent with mostly quota system officers who know nothing.

Yes, Nigerian Military Engineering Department is not very sophisticated.
That's why I suggested a "consultant" for supervision.!
