The difference between broad and narrow concept is said to be parallel in the very basic function of human mind. Often, the broad mind is always fluid and constantly assimilating new information and it is a mind that expands in its perceptual with creative power. Inversely, the narrow mind is often the frozen and self- limiting in receding into what might be called a repetitive layer of fixated vision with fruitless effort to affect the world around it.
It must be made clear, that concept here tends to refer to a procedure and abstract in nature formed by group of individual. While idea refer to a plan formed by mental effort and not abstract in nature.
