I believe it is wiser to serve before going for your masters, because it is a mandatory requirement before you can be employed by any organization or company. You see wen you finish your nysc, you can immediately apply for a job, but when u finish your masters u will still have to go and do nysc b4 u appl y for a job. As to the question of if you can defer d nysc, i think you can, but you will have to confirm that with your institution, to see how possible that is, and how it can be done.

On Senate verification list, the name there was another's name, which was not her own but other details uploaded were her own, is only the name that is different (Full name). Pls can that friend proceed with the registration. She has consulted DSA, she was told nothing reliable. Pls what can she do?

Well i tink it depends on your state of origin N d state u schooled.
If akwa ibom, is not in the geopolitical zone u schooled or the geopolitical zone ur state of origin is from, then u have a very good chance of getting, akwa ibom.

Someone used a passport with a red background during online registration and it was accepted, with the green card ready. Does it affect anything? Or would it be much of an issue?

noticed that my registration has not reflect on my
name on the senate list, instead of it to show
that i have registered and I can log in with d
email on d senate list, now it showed that I can
still register and I tried to do another reg with
another email just to see if it will still accept my
matirc number, buy to my surprise it still brought
out my details. pls any explanation on dis

Well since ur state of origin, N the state in which u schooled are both of different geopolitical zones than dat of akwa ibom, then i must say u have a very good chance of being posted to akwa ibom state, but u still need to pray tho, cos we can never be too sure.

Good job you're doing here. Please what are the things NYSC can accept as evidence of husband's state of residence for married female pcm for purposes of the ongoing registration?

I dont really understand all u hav said, but i will try N respond to d ones i smhow get. After registration, you cannot register again with the same details cos your matric no, email etc, is recorded in their sites database. Whatever correction you want to make, i believe u can make that on the nysc portal. Login to the nysc portal, with the email u registered n ur password, after you re logged in, go to ur home dashboard. U will see a link that says apply for name correction, click on that link and follow through the process and thats all. It will take a few days or even lesser, for ur correct name to reflect on the nysc portal. As for ur name on d senate verification list, u dont really hav to bother abt that, because once ur correct name is showing on ur page on d nysc portal den dats all dat matters.
