Exercise is a physical ability carried out to maintain and promote your health and weallness.It is done for various reasons,including increament of growth and development,preventing of aging,strenghtens muscles and cardiovascular system,body maintainance,athletic skills and exposureof hidden sickness.Exercise is a natural medication on its own which helps to bring out toxins from our body,through sweat and heat loss.Frequent and regular exercise helps to boost the immune systemand prevents "disease of affluence" such as cardiovascular disease,type two diabetes and obesity.
Taking a some kind of physical exercise to help improve in some of the diseases affecting us and help improve our physical agility are listed below:
1. Running/swimming in water: Athlet who are a known names today,are often in water at most time.Swimming in water helps to give strength to the whole body,increase power movement and prevention of stress.It may also help prevent stress,depression,increase quality of sleep and act as a non-pharmaceutical sleep aid to treat disease such as insomnia,help promote or maintain positive self esteem,improve mental health,maintain steady digestion and treat constipation and gas.
In the united kingdomtwo to four hours of light activity are recommended during work hours.This include walking and standing.In the united states,the CDC/ACSM consensus statement and the surgeon generals report states that every adult should participate in moderate exercise,such as walking,swimming and household tasks,for a minimum of 30 minutes daily.
Physical exercises are generally grouped into 3 types,depending on the overall effect they have on the human body.
> Aerobic exercise: is any physical activity that uses large muscles groups and causes the body to use more oxygen than it would while resting.Examples of aerobic exercise are; running,cycling,swimming,brisk walking,skipping rope,rowing,liking,playing tennis,continous training,and long slow distance training.



> Anaerobic exercise: is any exercise that include strength and resistance training,canfirm strength and tone muscles,as well as improve bone strength,balance and co-ordination.Examples of strength moves are pull-ups,push-ups,hinges and bicep curls using dumbbells.Anaerobic exercise also include weight training,functional training,eccentric training,interval training,spirinting and high intensity interval training increase short-term muscle strength.
>Flexibility: exercises stretch and lengthen muscles activities such as,stretching help to improve joint flexibility and keep muscles limber.The goal is to improve the range of motion whichcan reduce the chance of injury.Sometimes the terms "dynamic" and "static" are used.

"Dynamic" exercise such as steady running tend to produce a lowering of the diastole blood pressure during exercise,due to the improved blood flow.Conversely,static exercise {such as weigth lifting} can cause the systolic pressure to rise significantly {during the exercise}.
In summary,physical exercise can also include training that focuses on accuracy,agility,power and speed.
