waiiit, before anything else, somebody should help me and shout hell to tha fuckin NAW!! coloured what?? no no, never, and Godforbid, LOL! yellow suit? and end up lookin like a posessed runaway banana, there is no way in HELL anyone will take someone in a brightly coloured suit seriously.

my dad wears only suits, so i speak from experience, black, beige (my friend has the most kickass sandy beige pierre cardin suit, hot damn!),navy, grey, white (if you must, dont like em personally), if you MUST go a bit unconventional, then reeeeeealy dark green, and some shades of dark purple are not really obvious, but when you come up wiv a satin purple suit?hell no,

U guys mentioned ash, grey, black dark blue and brown as cool colours for guys - agreed! But you forgot that green also has shades. A dark green (forest green) suit can also look good on a guy.

I think really no go areas for men when it comes to suiting up - even for shirts - are PINK, YELLOW, ORANGE, RED and LEMON.

sometimes, it's not about the color but the shade.
yellow can look good on guys if it's the right shade. but then again, it also depend on the shade of the guy wearing it

I've seen some asian guys and gals who look sooo good in yellow. ahhh,

Guys- i dun agree with you . It's not about what you wear but how you wear it. An elegant, stylish and confident man can move away from the boring grey, navy, black etc. and try more fashion-forward styles. I'm a women and my husband is one of those men.

He's creative with his style and takes much attention to his appearence and coloured suits look great on him, he always says "grey" suits are for his dad (he's 42 and his dad is 73) . Coloured suits are maybe not for now as the weather is still quite grey but in a couple of weeks when sun's out again. If you style it well. It really can look great. It's all about styling and quality of the suit, if you wear a bright color in a shitty fabric, the whole style goes in da toilet. My personal favorite on a man is white!! White suit on a black guy when properly styled and tailored looks absolutely great.

My husband just got these 2 italian suits from this european men's fashion brand one electric blue (like in the pic) and the other white double breasted and they delivered it to us in lagos for FREE, with customs included and in 4 days!

But anyway, colours all the way this summer! In my office there are some men that wear colours, some look gud some look awful. I wish guys would learn to dress properly and not just put things on though - it takes some time but it's worth it... for us ladies anyway.

K'mon folks I doubt if a guy wud rock a complete suit say red,yellow or pink suit, d fashion nw is blazers n it goes dapper in virtually all colours if its blended wt nice pants/trousers tho pink blazer is too loud 4 a guy 2 rock. However,sum suits cum in black,white,cream,blue,ash etc background n hv a touch of d loud colours wch cud b feminine buh blazers r rich n d beauty is absolute in unconventional colours. A complete set of red,pink,green n orange is a no no 4 guys,u wud even be shy 2 rock em
