Wubbish!! How can he be putting the girl on his laps, and teaching her to drive on a busy road??! At what age? If another car rams into them, or if they hit another vehicle now in error, and one of them gets injured, they will say the witches from their father's village followed them into the city, or that someone envious of their success used 'jazz on them, instead of attributing it to their carelessness and risky behaviour. Nansense!! What kind of a father endangers his daughter's life like this?
