Where is the policy
How viable is your steel industry
Where are the support industries ie battery company, solar panel company, leather or fabric company
Or the plan is to import all, then when the exchange rate goes up "manufacturing" cease.

A nation that cannot add a megawatt of power after 2 years wants to manufacture
People just want to cash in on Nigerian's suffering from power generation problems by all means.
