Infrastructural Development: Community Unions, Private Investments Friendly Alternatives to Govt Taxation

There are 3 major developers of infrastructures.

1) Government Taxation

2) Private Investments

3) Community Unions

In Nigeria, especially in some parts of the country, the emphasis is so much on taxation without considering other friendly alternatives which helped nations like USA to achieve rapid development.

Most Nigerians don't know that the infrastructures built in the US was done and still being done mainly by the private sector.

History has always proven to us that taxation only makes the government attractive to political criminals who seek easy tax money to loot.

Many Biafrans have forgotten that what enabled their region to be quickly bounced back was due to Community Unions and Private Investments in rebuilding the war ravaged region.

If our governors in the East, recognizes & encourages the proliferation of Community Unions focusing on helping the Government build more infrastructures for free, in few years time, the East will have an European landscape in her domain.

I will advice Nigerians to watch the documentary " THE MEN WHO BUILT AMERICA " in order to have a better view about these friendly alternatives.

In Summary

The Governors in the East should do the following

1) Create platforms that can enable the Biafrans to exchange their goods & services for money in order to increase their pockets.

2) Empower the Biafrans with the knowledge to produce more & diverse goods & services.

3) Recognize & Encourage the proliferation of Community Unions that will focus more on infrastructural development and give them awards on a quarterly or yearly basis.

As the people become richer and work together through Unions, they will be able to Europeanize the Biafra landscape.

I pray we have Governors who really understand that they have to create policies that convert the poor people to middle class & millionaires.
