A member of House of Representatives, representing Surulere/Ogo Oluwa Federal constituency in Oyo state Hon. Segun Odebunmi on Wednesday led about 5,000 members of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in his constituency to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Speaking with newsmen in Ogbomoso during his official declaration, the former PDP federal lawmaker said 'the resolve to join the ruling party was influenced by the decision of my people and political associates."

Odebunmi, the only PDP member in the house of representatives from Oyo state stated that the decision became necessary after the realization that PDP leaders were not ready for genuine reconciliation, and the assurance that APC will bring more goods and development to the people.

The two term Federal House of Representatives member also declared his support for second term ambition of President Muhammodu Buhari, expressing optimism that the president will bring about the desired positive change.

And some people still have hope for PDP.
