*LADROPE* is a platform for you to showcase your designs and get your potential customers or buyers.

*WHAT'S LADROPE*

Ladrope is a platform designed to help tailors showcase their products to a large number of prospective buyers. The platform has a mobile app designed to give each prospective buyer a simple yet detailed access to the platform.

*WHAT IS THE BUSINESS ALL ABOUT?*

The business follows a simple path. As a tailor, you create a tailor’s account, you post only designs you have made before. The prospective buyers sees it, if he likes it, he places an order for the design. The tailor gets notified via text and email. The tailor checks his dashboard to see the order, then makes the cloth to the specification attached to the order. The tailor then submits the design to our office in Ikeja and gets paid.

*HOW DOES THE MOBILE APP WORK AND HOW CAN THEY REGISTER?*

The mobile is simply a storefront showcasing all the designs posted by different tailors.

*ARE TAILORS /DESIGNERS CHARGED ANY FEE FOR REGISTRATION?*

Registration for tailors/designers are currently free. However in due time a fee will be imposed for all new registrations.

*WHAT DO TAILORS /DESIGNERS STAND TO GAIN FROM THE PLATFORM?*

Tailors/Designers stand to gain a lot from the platform. The tailor’s products are exposed to an unlimited number of interested buyers. This will attract more patronage to the tailor and increase his/her revenues. The tailor will also get a chance to concentrate on making cloths while the delivery and marketing is taken care of by the platform.

*WHAT TYPE OF DESIGNS CAN BE POSTED?*

Currently only men’s wears can be posted. Every type of men’s wear, ranging from natives, suits, shirts, trousers, chinos, jeans etc. However in the future ladies’ wears will be supported too. When that happens everyone will be informed.

*WHAT IF A TAILOR FAILS TO GET NOTIFIED WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED?*

The system is robust and will always notify the tailors when there is a new order. However if for any reason the tailor is not notified, the Ladrope monitoring team will flag that and manually notify the tailor.

*WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR EACH DESIGN?*

The Tailor/Designer determines the delivery time of each design they post. When posting the design, the tailor is required to enter a delivery time. This delivery time ranges from 0 to 6 days. The tailor/Designer is expected to ensure he/she submits the finished cloth on or before the set date.

*WHAT IF THE TAILOR FAILS TO DELIVER WITHIN THE SAID TIME?*

Once there is an order, the tailor/designer has a chance to either accept/decline the order. The tailor/designer must accept/decline the order within 24hrs of receiving the order, else the order will be automatically canceled. If a tailor accepts the order and fails to deliver within the set time, the order will be canceled, and the tailor will be banned from the platform. However if the tailor declines the order within 24hrs of receiving it, the tailor has nothing to worry about and the order will be canceled.

*WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL TO BE USED?*

The tailor/designer decides the type and quality of material to be used. However this must be stated when the tailor/designer posts the design so that the prospective buyer will know what he is expecting.

*HOW CAN TAILORS /DESIGNERS GET THEIR PAYMENT?*

The tailors/designers will get their payment paid into their bank account the same day they submit the finished cloth to our Ikeja office.

*WHAT OF PRICING?*

The tailor/designer determines how much he wants to sell his product. However tailors/designers are encouraged to set affordable prices in order to get more patronage.
