Imo state is presently a dead state. The state has over 200b debt hanging on it but we have not seen anything on ground a anywhere in the state. Upon that the useless gov is owing workers over 10months salary arrears.

Okorocha has built 4 solid conference centers while Obiano is still at MOU level. I can show you all 4. This one hosted Commonwealth parliamentarians recently.

This one is for traditional rulers and traditional events.
