Hope its not a backyard PhD? If he is really a doctor in his field, he should be able to handle even his interviewers well, unless his intellect intimidates or threatens over 100 organizations? Including "white hair professors" in the universities? Very unlikely, so try convincing me again
but anyway perseverance pays off even with "black market PhDs"
