After reading through this thread https://www.nairaland.com/2917489/how-nysc-select-pcms-state i came up with way to predict atate of deployment as you would see in my comment in that thread. Now to test the hypothesis can serving or past corp nemebers drop the states they chose and their callup numbers ...so i can test the hypothesis. |
