i came up with a way to predict state of deployment as you would see in my comment in that thread.

Now to test the hypothesis can serving or past corp nemebers drop the states they chose and their callup numbers ...so i can test the hypothesis.

This is funny, what abt those that will be deplyed to states they didnt choose either by the computer or base on runs tinz, Or u are not aware too (in patience jonathan's voice) so how do predict such cases
