Edo Govt plans training, stipend packages The Governor of Edo State, Mr Godwin Obaseki, on Tuesday received 84 Libya returnees in Benin City. Obaseki assured the returnees, comprising sixty males and twenty-four females, that his administration would place them on a monthly stipend for three months while they undergo various vocational training.
