Kudos to the only hope of our judiciary. A judgment against the the believe of our politicians that might is always right. A declaration against the impunity of our arrogant legislators who believe in suppressing facts for fiction. Let the senate respect this ruling for a healthier democracy. |

Limitednow:That is good for our developing democracy. There is no bigger watchdog mechanism for ensuring party accountability than intra-party check and balances, through aggrieved party members. I really don't care if there are cracks within the party if these will translate to exacting better governance and development-oriented national policies and implementation thereof. |

lurther: The senate is an arm of government, the court does not have power over their internal affairs. Is just a waste of time |

The greatest mistake ndume made was to be d scape goat, they were more than 8members dat held a meetin on those two alegations so as to either topple sarakis government, or to evict dino, but he was bold enof to be d spearhead of d missile only to be faced by saraki anti missile weapon. The court ask FG to release El-zazaky, is he out now? So ndume dont waste ur money just serve ur suspension and resume because dere can never be a rule of law in a lawless country. |

It's still subject to appeal. The Senate can choose to go on appeal up to supreme court, thereby using that method to delay his recall.Even Abdulmumin Jubrin of the House Of Reps is yet to be recalled to the House. |

The only hope of Nigeria's democracy has spoken again. Our politicians who believe that might is always right can only learn from this. And I hope they do. I therefore urge the senate to respect this judgment. |

lurther: What a childish way to reason, in the 21st century. Have you heard of injunctions and restraints by a court of law before? That's what Indime will apply for next, against the Senate and its leadership, never to embarrass him again and so on and so forth. |
