I travelled the north Central States last year and saw the massive deforestation on the account of the "Madrid" Rosewood tree rush. I am surprised that the ministry of environment still grants export permits for such endangered species.

Even the state governments are complaining of the unbridled felling of these trees. I doubt there was any "stringent" examination of factories anywhere. These trees were being felled indiscriminately all along the highways.

Now the Ministry of Environment is releasing a statement rubbishing the allegation and here we are, this 'wise' brother is asking what the business of the Ministry of Environment is with responding to an allegation against the office of the minister of evnvironment.

The ministry wasn't accused but the lady.
The ministry cannot absolve lady on its own, it might end up like the case if Meena's recruitment where blames and denials were traded and at the end it was the truth.

The ministry would've stayed away from the whole mess and that's my stand
