Nnamdi Kanu sacked as IPOB leader, Director of Radio BiafraPublished on November 13, 2017 By Chijioke Jannah

The international media arm of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Radio Biafra, has resumed operations.

But instead of the fiery rhetoric with which it was associated with, the radio announced the sack of Nnamdi Kanu, as director and leader of IPOB.

The Radio Biafra’s programme started between 6am -7am on Sunday with the lady announcer, who gave her name as Ifeoma Okorafor, stating that the radio was restructuring.

Then the shocking announcement that “Mazi Nnamdi Nwanekaenyi Kanu, the former Director of Radio Biafra is hereby dismissed and removed as Director of Radio Biafra following extensive and intensive consultations”

According to Okorafor, one “Mazi Ezenwachukwu Sampson Okwudili is Kanu’s replacement.”

She reeled out reasons why Kanu was removed to include: “Personalisation of the Biafran struggle and derailing from the core objectives of IPOB as a grassroots movement.

“Kanu’s actions and his decisions to incite members of IPOB towards violence leading to the death of many innocent young people in Onitsha, Aba and Umuahia is totally unacceptable and grossly irresponsible.

“Kanu privately collected £14 million and another $22 million to purchase landed properties abroad in his name and that of his father, Igwe Israel Kanu, in a clear case of ‘monkey dey work baboon dey chop’.

“Kanu turned our collective struggle into a money-making enterprise for himself and his father. Thus the monies contributed by enterprising and hard-working Igbo youths across the world are being collected and converted by one man and his father while pretending to be sacrificing for the cause.

“Upon his release from detention in April 2017, one expected Kanu to drum up support for the release of his colleagues and co-detainees such as Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi. These are our brothers who were arrested at the same time with him and they should not be forgotten. We hereby demand their release. Kanu, since his release, has never spoken about them or appealed for the release of these our freedom fighters. Instead, he has been going about collecting chieftaincy titles and having a messianic swagger that even allowed full-blooded Igbo men to kneel down and kiss his feet.

“Kanu threw away the original meaning of our collective struggle for personal gain and vain glorification. IPOB believes in democracy as a solid base of any modern state, the rule of law, and will always reject violence in all its ramifications.”

Daily Independent Newspaper reports that there was a mixture of excitement and confusion within Nigeria security circles as a result of this new development in IPOB as security agencies do not know what to make of this.

The sack of Kanu is only the latest change in the checkered history of Radio Biafra, which began as the mouthpiece of MASSOB.

Sango is the cult of kingship. Will Nigerians ever learn again that Nigerian Kings are the true and authentic rulers of the land? Return the hearts of the children unto their fathers for the curse of this great land to be broken. Return the hearts of the King to his children so this great curse to be broken.

Fakery has assumed high dimensions. Even the poster knows who makes announcements on Radio Biafra.

Tupac is still alive and so is Biggie Smalls. Maybe we can bring Fela back from the grave when they find Mr. Kanu. And when he resurfaces maybe he will return your precious Naira, and return your dead brothers. But I have one question, before I end this rant, how will Mr. Kanu make his announcement, telling you when and where to get your refund? Now there is no IPOB radio? ?? grin

Humor aside the money given to Mr. Kanu, which is in the millions of hard earned Naira of your Igbo people surviving during this recession. This is not a scammer taking advantage of surplus and good time but hard times. The money would have been better spent invested the traditional government, state and business for an united capital development program. This would grow businesses and employ youth. A leader must expand you not deflate you before sending you into battle. But the real battle is not with Nigeria but building economic infrastructure for the communities of Igbos. You paid to hear a man speak. False prophets are just con men using spirit to unite a cause yet only bring material good for themselves and inner circle. This makes them easy to spot. Many of them got armies in Africa and try to convert more people for a bigger army. Trust me Mr. Kanu will ruin your lives forever.

Tupac is dead. Biggie is dead. And Mr. Kanu might as well because he messed up big time with all the National leadership. Mr. Kanu was attempting to overthrow the Nigerian government's rule over the Southwest. Mr. Kanu also was imposing as a king by having Igbo men bow at his feet, this dishonors the traditional stool's of Igbo land. Mr. Kanu was bad for Igbos, very bad. The IPOB is better off giving money to a fund to change their circumstances because there's simply not enough money in the Nigerian government budget to completely service the needs of 190 million Africans in 36 states. As Mr. Mugabe said once, 'We must find alternative solutions to finance our operations". Stop giving your money to Churches and Mosques, to False Prophets and revolutionary leaders and give them to your traditional rulers so they can order youth labor to make your Naira work building the needed infrastructure.

There's a lot of igbo culture being promoted within the igbo-British community. Have a look at the channel.

The video starts off saying that Nigeria isn't a country and shouldn't be.

Igbos must think in terms of power not pride. Nigeria exists and it is now tighten woven, if you pull at it, the seams will fall out and with it everything good in Nigeria, it will be chaos. The 48 Laws of power suggests that change comes gradually. Do not attempt to force change to fast because it will backfire. Nigeria is a nation of 190 million with 250 different ethnic groups. Don't just think of Hausa, Yorubas and yourselves as Igbos, but think of the other 247 ethnic groups who will suffer without a government to hold them together. The West is declining and there are hidden forces to seek to implode Nigeria so as to take advantage of the fall out. The fall of Nigeria would ensue all of West Africa and affect the entire African continent and the continent's goal of reaching adequate infrastructure by the year 2053. This is something we must all consider. Wars are fought and won in the will not in the hands.
