The country home of Senator Sha’aba Lafiagi of Kwara North Senatorial district was set ablaze by a mob in his hometown after the soldiers accompanying him allegedly shot and injured four persons November 17th. Good one,if only every youth and adults in this country can come together and protest/prosecute these corrupt leaders,this country will be among the best nations and our leaders will sit up but rather we only know how to complain indoors,online on faceless forums,beer palours,newspaper stands and other places.as long as nothing has affected any of our family members directly,we will never come out to join the affected ones during protest,our reputation as Nigerians keeps dwindling on daily basis but as long as we are not affected directly in the comfort of our homes,its non of our business.the average Nigerian is corrupt and tends to steal from whatever position they find themselves, money is the only thing an average Nigerian wants all the time,we don't care about our future generations born/yet unborn.fix a date for Nigerians to come out and protest for the betterment of this country and see them vibrating online,some will even discourage the ideal,some will castigate the ideal and some will vow to be there only for the day to come and you will see only 10 to 15persons.laziness and cowardice has eaten so deep into us.yet we blame our leaders for everything, how can they situp and do the needful if we don't unite and force them to situp like other nations does,yet the average Nigerian will want to imitate the white man but can't perform like the white man.Nigeria go better is the favorite saying used to cover up their laziness and cowardice. its high time we unite and force our leaders to situp before this country becomes a sh.it hole 2 Likes 1 Share |
