These tell you that Ndi Anambra didn't vote for APC as a party but voted for Ngige and Nwoye, who are both Ndi Anambra.

If you look at the 3 gubernatorial elections, you will find out that APC maintained a consistent percentage (20, 22, 22), when coupled with the fact that election turn-out consistently grew by 56% in 2013, 56% again in 2015 but fell by 46% in 2017 maybe as a result of IPOB issued Sit at home order. These consistent pattern shows that Ndi Anambra voters are HIGHLY SOPHISCATED.
