Hope u're using a 90cm dish. Tweak ur lnb around and try changing ur polarrity to see what happens.

Then go get a better lnb. This will definitely solve ur problem.

i used to use strong hd lnb now i chanced to ecostar but still the same, the thing will not just come up or when it come it will probably stay around 38-46% for like 10seconds then it will disappear indefinitely again!
