please someone should help me out, I just got a mail from Budapest University of Technology in which I wrote the entrance examination last month after being nominated for the 2018/2019 STIPENDIUM HUNGARICUM SCHOLARSHIP that my application has been formally rejected due to inappropriate proof of language proficiency. I uploaded my waec result as proof of language proficiency as directed by the federal scholarship board here in Nigeria, during the application.
