Quest 2: Your sending partner in this case is Nigeria. Click on sending partners, you will see an email to be contacted for applicants from Nigeria. Nothing really but you can send an email to them for possible advice.

What matters most is that your online application is complete. After the deadline, applications are sent differently to sending partners for the 1st shortlisting of candidates. Once you are been nominated by your sending partners (which is Nigeria in this case), then your application is sent to the scholarship committees in Hungary for final shortlisting.

please I need clarification about the nomination, are we applying through FSB coz it is well stated that the first round of the application has to go through the country nominating agency or are we applying straight to their website. And please drop the link for the whatsapp group.

It depends on the type of degree program you 're applying for......
NECO isnt required for UG degree since the sending partner only require WAEC may/june.
Below is the BEA interview date and venue list. There you find the venue in different geo-political zones and state of origin you fall in.

Why are you just screeming whatsapp page. Is it a big deal sharing information here. I know alot about this scholarship and I will not drop my number for any whatsApp reason. If you're interested in knowing more about the process (Bsc, Msc and PhD), quote me here. I believe the sole purpose of nairaland is sharing useful information for people to see. So why do you want to sideline people that may have no access to whatsApp. Please lets change our mindset on this whatsApp of a thing and let the main purpose of this thread be achieved.

I got a mail asking to upload transcript and foreign language proficiency, which I had initially uploaded....the online form can no longer be edited

then got a rejection mail from them .....what the heck

please someone should help me out, I just got a mail from Budapest University of Technology in which I wrote the entrance examination last month after being nominated for the 2018/2019 STIPENDIUM HUNGARICUM SCHOLARSHIP that my application has been formally rejected due to inappropriate proof of language proficiency. I uploaded my waec result as proof of language proficiency as directed by the federal scholarship board here in Nigeria, during the application. Please did anyone get such a mail, please anyone who has valuable information should help me o
