Initially billed to cost about $23 million (N2.3 Billion) by Cappa and D’alberto in 2003, the contract was soon cancelled after several delays and given to another company this increasing costs to a conservative estimate of about N5 Billion (Five billion naira).

Pastor Kumuyi left the Apostolic Faith Mission, Gbagada, Lagos as a young lecturer in the early 1970s.
