Its no news that the Lagos state government is embarking on aggressive construction of all bus stations across the state, from TBS, to CMS, to Ikeja and the list gets populated. This is a construction of Yaba Bus Terminal by Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA). See more pictures below..

As a construction engineer, he should welcome researchers and students who are conducting such research, all he was required to do was permit labor on site to fill questionnaires instead he chased them out like animals claiming they ought to have written an application first, students risked their lives, spent their money from a Polytechnic in Osun state arrived at that big project at berger at 7am waited for him till 9:30, only to tell them to go back and collect letter from their HOD then submit it to his office and he'll call them back

What I would want to know is did they book a prior appointment,or did they just turn up out of the blue. Only then can we pass judgement.

If out of the blue means defense was the following week after project topic was changed twice and desperate students had letters / permissions attached on each questionnaire then yes it was out of the blue

It's like waste mgt is not really a top priority of this government. The waste are just piling up making lagos look very unclean.
