Along d line as he was browsin wit d mtn line d phone got blockd. He tried callin 9mobile customer care but they sounded as if they knw nothing abt the arrangement. What your friend should do is go to the nearest Mtn office, first. They should be in better position to know why their data may not work on an unlocked phone.
