Ok to fight Boko Haram i guess Is it not truck head and body (that is fabricated locally...go to Feggae, Onitsha and get the cost ..very cheap) I think there is something in Min of Interior - $1bln for Boko Haram - =N=5.5bln for water tankers, hose and noozles |
