1. In 2014 they were part of withdraw $2b money plan.

3. Now in 2017 (as ruling party) they said the process of 2014 is not fraud.
4. In 2017 they withdrew $1b using exact process they called fraud in 2014.

Why did some Nigerians vote Buhari as president?Integrity.Why did they allow him to remove fuel subsidy and increase petrol pump price?Integrity.Why are many questions now being raised on withdrawal of $1bn from ECA?The answer is, Buhari's initial credibility or integrity which secured him office in 2015 has been eroded and there's broken trust which makes every of his present moves suspicious.
