The attention of the Peoples Democratic Party National Youth League, PDPNYL has been drawn to a malicious write-up by the enemies of our great party, in which it was said that a faction of our party has emerged and it's called fresh PDP.

For the purpose clarification and to avoid being misguided by these disgruntled elements seeking attention, we wish to let the general public know among other things, that:

1. Our party had the most free, fair and credible National Congress in the history of party Congress in Nigeria, in which Prince Uche Secondus was elected as the National Chairman.

2. Every stakeholder in our great party has agreed to work together to ensure the success in come 2019. As a natter of fact, our party is not in crisis and there is nothing like fresh PDP.

3. We now have one strong and indivisible People's Democratic Party, PDP under the leadership of Prince Uche Secondus.

4. Our great party has been repositioned to take power from those who do not understand leadership and cannot offer governance to the people of Nigerian; hence the fear in their camp, which led to the malicious and unfounded report about our great party.

5. The National Chairman is a man with knowledge and experience, who has the capacity to give the party victory in 2019; hence the need for all hands to be on deck to make sure we support him to actualize whatever plans he has.

We therefore, advise our party men and women and the general public to disregard any report that PDP has a faction as it is orchestrated by enemies.

Noe the troubles on PDP is now being attributed to the ruling party. That is allowed so long you stay within the confines of party politics. Me think there are many subterranean ways to finish off PDP. Left for the Hawks in APC eg Tinubu, El Rifai, Rotimi but I have a feeling that Baba is the one holding the back. Politically he is too naive. He should know that in Nigerian politics, once your enemy falters and goes down you finish him off into to. No second chance to breath free air.

I find it surprising that the PDP instead of resolving its internal issue resorts to blaming other parties.

When Sheriff was brought to be chairman, some people told them to be careful as Sheriff always has an agenda, but did they listen? No. When Sheriff then started giving stress, he became an APC mole.

These "fresh-PDP" guys are just a bunch of disgruntled people who are looking to split the party so they can give way to some unserious members of the PDP to defect.

The PDP needs to deal with this now. Go to court, declare them illegal or meet them and thrash it out not ignore and blame others. This was how the nPDP started then.

But then again, what do I know?
