The time you have taken to debunk this rumour, you could have taken same time to let the public know what really transpired between you and innoson that led to that unlawful arrest. This bank thinks it is wiser than all its customers combined. I remember some time ago when i tried doing a transaction online, the transaction failed and the money was deducted. The following morning, i rushed to the bank to lodge my complaint and the staff i met told me boldly that i will have to wait for another 3weeks to get a reversal..Asked him "what if the money was money meant to save a life, is ds how I ll wait for another 3wks?"..He said "I am sorry, there is nothing i can do about it. Thats the policy of the bank".. Well, this is my reason for changing my salary account from GTB to Jaiz. For those who have a choice, GTB is a no go area. 3 Likes 2 Shares |
