The other day, a Nigerian was sentenced to six years in jail for credit card fraud in the UK. Why didn't the authorities employ him to help bring down rate of creditcard fraud?

It can't be a case of hack but rather negligence on the part of Unity Bank. They probably did not block all Master Card Naira from foreign currency transactions hence those guys got hold of a Unity Bank's customr and used it for online transactions. No ATM in Nigeria pays out dollars ...last I remember so how did the culprit withdraw dollars bloggers/journalists are just too lazy to think straight.
