A 3 week paid holiday for all the civil servants in Imo state? If this is true then the man needs to undergo a psychiatry examination asap, because I don't believe he's OK. Does he even know that the govt loses a lot of money during public holiday? Does he know that there are tens of thousands of people and business who need govt employees to run their businesses and/or their lives?

Yet some riff-raffs from potopoto republic will come here and abuse our performing Statue Making happy governor

Our civil service is useless and that's why NLC fights every attempt to privatize institutions. They blackmail government into employing more than required and creating jobs that aren't needed. If we get things right 80% of government employees are not actually working and deserve to be layed off. The 20% that actually work deserve minimum wage of 150k.
