Reno Omokri, former aide to immediate past president, Goodluck Jonathan, on Friday revealed what Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, should have done.
Omokri said the elusive IPOB leader should have created a political party in the South East and use it to push for the void of his people.

Sharing a report of Catalan separatists wining absolute parliamentary majority, Omokri said Kanu should have mastered the act of politics through a political party.

Even if Kanu formed a political party and won every political position in his Region, he will still have to go to the National Assembly in Abuja to ask for referendum.

The North controlls over 60% of the National Assembly which makes that a waste of time.

The only way Kanu would have got a referendum would have been to keep agitating until the National Assembly agrees to give him a referendum. Nigeria is neither politically developed nor structured in a way that allows anyone to get referendum via a political process
