EFCC has filed a 4-count charge against the MD of Innoson Motors Dr Innocent Chukwuma.Disclosing this on Twitter,EFCC wrote...

'Alert: The EFCC has filed a 4-count charge against Innoson Nigeria Limited, Dr Innocent Chukwuma and Charles Chukwuma at a Lagos State High Court. They are accused of conspiracy to obtain property by false pretence'.

It should be recalled that EFCC arrested Dr Innocent Chukwuma few days ago and later released.His arrest was alleged to be linked to a misunderstanding he has with GTB.

That's how they are.. Good name means nothing to them, all they are after is money.

Tit, my illiterate friend, Criminal cases can only be filed by the State...So GTB reports an allegation of fraud, Police/EFCC/ICPC investigates, if a crime is seen to have been committed, then any of mentioned agencies which investigated the case would file criminal charges on behalf of the State...

isnt it obvious that EFCC has established that?! the documents that were handed to clear the goods were confirmed to be fake, the cleared/stolen goods landed at Innoson factory thereafter... you dont have to be a rocket scientist on this one.
