Ask her her schedule for the next day, make sure it includes house chores. When done, wake up early and take care of your house chores before she wakes up and if she goes to work she should just go and work and come home after which, you do same in the evening. Also try taking care of the baby at night.

If you do not for one month, things should get better.

Ues O did.amd my conclusion o's that the vast majority of you lot think snoring is a product of bad habit . If you listen to people who snore at night you will realize they stop breathing at some point . The most effective cure to this is surgery .

simple, go to any teaching hospital or specialist hospital and see an ENT (EAR NOSE AND THROAT) Doctor, it's just a simple task that will be corrected in few days or weeks.

Did you just say after putting to bed? you must be a very funny man to think she will remain as she was. The stress you put her through alone is enough to make her tired. Loss of blood, tear and heavy pains is enough to make her snore and pls how sure are u that u dont snore when u are tired. You should be watching her while she is asleep and snoring instead of complaining its not easy. Look @ her stomach just below her abdomen, its possible she must have got stretch marks due to the baby she carried in her womb for 9month and the stress of labour. Some women still feel pains for almost two years after birth while child birth might deform some for the rest of their lives. Learn to celebrate your wife.

You can get Anti snore belt for her at cheaper price. This will stop the snoring act.

Just wake her up and ask her to change position, if she's tired she would definitely snore.

That's what my husband does. I never used to snore until i got pregnant. It was so intense that even me the snorer used to hear it cheesy. I had to google and read about it. I saw that it was part of pregnancy. My husband was aware also. Even after i have put to bed, it has not completely gone and i am not fat.

He just changes my position. Sometimes he does not even wake me. And then he yabs me in the morning that my snoring can wake the dead. I just try to stay in positions that help my situation.
Op pls talk about it.

encourage her to sleep with her sides, most of will snore if we sleep facing upward. anytime she snoors just try wake her gently and tell her to sleep sideway.

I do snore but not always, now am cough and I snore most nights, hubby do tap me and ask me to adjust my sleeping position, there's nothing bad it depends on how you told her

No matter what the situation is, communication is very vital in any relationship. You should talk to her about it and you both find a solution because she might not even be aware that she snores, had a roommate that never agreed that she snores till we recorded her then she became conscious of herself and by waking her up whenever she starts, it subsided.



I believe your wife's case can be helped, she's probably overstressed, please politely talk to her about it, no lady will love to be a disturbance to her husband.

She should loose weight and check her air passage way for obstruction which effects whistle sounds, if the soft palate of the mouth roof is obstructed or too soft it contributes

Nop but I had a cozen who went under the knife cos of snoring and if you read about it a bit yoy will make more sense bout what I'm saying . People had this fixed thinking snoring is all about fat lazy unhealthy life style . This is certainly not the case in most times .
