with time, the system will stabilise & grow. the ground work of the growth was laid over the past 5 years (i.e, generation)... pmb should focus on strengthening the Transmission & distribution areas.

if the present total installed generation capacity of 12000MW can be fully harnessed in the next 2 years, improving on the volume becomes easier...

basic search will show you that power cuts happen in the US. what you don't know is that in the developed countries, a power 'outage' must last for at least 1 hr & affect 1000 people before it can be considered a power failure.


so, America's light goes off due to other problems other than natural disasters such as malfunctioning of equipment & human error/influence.


besides, my opinion is about Nigeria.
