To start with, the car is not even armored( the door pillar gives it away as a non armored benz) 2ndly, the car is 06-10 model(side mirror gives it away) 3rdly, that car is not brand new. Price range for a non armored 2nd hand 06-2010 model benz is at most 10 million naira. Harry song and the blogger who posted this re both lying twats.

We have A, B, and C graded armours. A grade armour is what the Trump's and Buhari's have on their cars. Osinbajo and Saraki have B grade. DSS can't allow Harrysong clearance for A or B grade. 20million naira for a C grade armour is being too generous. That's a 2007 E-class

There's no such thing as ABC grade armoury for cars. What we have are B levels. In that B level, there's B4 B5 B6 b6+

NIJ - The american National Institute of Justice certification, covers body armour as well as vehicles and covers 5 levels.
