The Federal Road safety Commission (FRSC) has dismissed reports claiming that the corps was currently undergoing recruitment exercise, noting that the false advert by unknown persons were malicious and intended to extort members of public.

FRSC explained that it noticed that some online websites were currently advertising application forms for vacant positions into the commission, indicating that the form was to defraud unsuspecting members of public.

It warned that the corps was not responsible for such adverts, and disclaimed liability for any form of extortion arising from the malicious advert.

The FRSC through its social media page on Monday, noted that the commission would not be responsible for any information contained in websites found guilty.
