The rate at which cultim, hostility and lawlessness are being perpetrated among the youths in the communities of Akwa Ibom state is alarming ; most especially, against the Youth Corps members.
I was a victim of such hostility. It was God who scaled me through. embarassed

Akwa-ibom was good and safe for Corper.......I stayed on Akanimo street when I was in Eket and I served in Nsit-Ubium 4 yrs ago. And those places were secure and crime free. In fact we used to take free ride (Sosongo) then and I never heard of any harm towards corp members.......Akwa-ibom pple were sweet and nice to strangers. I really love Akwa-ibom and its people. But this latest development is saddening!
