For PhD, transcript is mandatory. I think this is where you got it wrong.

A lot of people were shortlisted with no publication and dont belong to any professional body. I'm yet to see anyone that didnt submit transcript that was shortlisted.

I applied for the PhD category and was shortlisted. I did not submit either of my transcripts as there was no transcript option during the file upload. Besides the advert stated that transcripts would be required at a later stage.

It seems people that got the test around 2pm are having difficulty in choosing interview venue,PTDF please do the needful, I hope it's not April fool.

Everything except my nysc discharge, will be winding up by 12th but I don't think that was the issue because some people got shortlisted without their nysc discharge cert, I just wish I knew what the reason was. I know I should probably pick myself up and try again but it's still very saddening.

Obviously for PhD they'll want you to discuss your proposal to see how viable or beneficial it'll be to the Oil and Gas industry, and then your Personal statement too.
