This year, it is very important that you develop the following things so that divine results will not be missing in your experience.

1.Develop a great personal relationship with God:

When Jesus called the disciples in Mark 3:14, the Bible says He ordained the twelve that they should be with him and that he might send them forth to preach. So, the priority as far as Jesus was concerned was that the disciples should be with him. Your result as a Christian is dependent on how intimate you are with the Lord. The man that has the communication of heaven on any issue is the leader – he may be the youngest son or daughter or the most junior staff. Spend time in the place of prayer, worship and study the word.

2.Develop an eye that sees the need of God and a heart that is willing to meet those needs:

That is what you find in the life of the Shunammite woman; she saw that this was a holy man of God and she besought her husband to provide him a room. When you develop an eye that sees the need of God, you become someone that God can count on. Don’t be blind to the needs of God. When you develop sensitivity to see the needs of God and the heart to meet them, you also begin to discover critical things that make your journey swift, smooth, sweet and restful (2 Kings 4:8-10).



PRAYER: Lord, deliver me from every spirit of familiarity. Every spirit that makes me look at my man of God as an ordinary man, deliver me from it in the name of Jesus.. Amen.
